We offer FREE shipping on purches of $90.00 and over & $10 Flat rate for orders under $90 Australia wide

Bagbliss uses Australia post to offer you the fastest and most reliable delivery possible.

Free Express Registered postage is used for all on line orders and will be dispatched in 24 hours (Australia Only).

$20 Flat Fee postage for New Zealand and will be dispatched in 24 hours.

Customers should expect to receive their order within 1-3 business days for express post.

For all International orders, excluding New Zealand and Australia please use our contact form to e-mail us for a quote.

Items will only be dispatched and delivered Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Returns

We offer an exchange in size and colour and are also happy to exchange the item for a credit voucher if the item is considered inappropriate. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and the item is recognised as faulty.

Please notify us of your intention to return any item within 24 hours of delivery via email. All claims need an authorisation number from our dispatch team in order for your claim to be processed. All items sent without an Authorisation Number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Returns only accepted if received in original condition. Credit notes will only be offered at the discretion of the Bag Bliss staff.

Customer are liable for the postage cost of returning an item for return. Please choose secure method of shipping to ensure your item is processed as quickly as possible. As Bag Bliss is not liable for any item you return that go missing or become damage in transit.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition on arrival please notify our team immediately via email. Please note that each item is photographed before dispatch to ensure that it is not faulty on our end. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damage or where a manufacturing fault occurs. please note that item that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not consider to be faulty.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange your item if it has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway and has all the original swing tags intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and also need confirmation from our dispatch department with the issue of an authorisation number before being returned. All items sent without an Authorisation Number will be returned to sender at the senders expense. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Credit Notes

We are happy to offer a credit note if you change your mind once you have received your purchase. Credit Notes will only be issued within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please adhere to the exchange option policies. Credit notes are valid for three months from the date of purchase.
